We're very committed to the quality of our product and our
customer's happiness. We want you to be really happy with your
purchase. But on the off chance your not we have a full refund or exchange policy.
If you change your mind you have
14 days to return your
Pet Plant
(with your receipt) for a full refund or
exchange - no questions asked. After this time we offer exchange only in
the first month of purchase, if
you have your receipt and the product is in good condition. If you
need collection the standard delivery fee applies and this is not
refundable.
If its a gift we often have a record (and our products are very
unique) so exchanging is no problem! But the date of sale would
be handy to know so we can check our records quickly.
